ATS heat sinks are available directly from us, and from multiple distributors, for cooling BGAs, ASICs, LEDs, PCBs, and power supplies. Our industry standard maxiFLOW™ designs use fin surfaces more effectively for better cooling performance. ATS provides unique heat sink clips in their maxiGRIP™ and superGRIP™ mounting systems for easier, safer attachment of heat sinks to components.
