ATS is unfortunately experiencing a DDoS attack on our computer server that hosts our web site qats.com. A DDoS attack is a “Distributed Denial of Service Attack“. The goal of such an attack is (from Wikipdedia):
…an attempt to make a machine or network resource unavailable to its intended users.
Our team is taking steps to protect our web site and defend against the attack. Some of those steps include filtering all traffic that reaches qats.com. During that filtering process, qats.com will sometimes appear slow or not show at all. That is the effect of our defensive procedures and does not mean qats.com is not working.
We want our customers and partners to know that we have scanned qats.com and there are no mlware or viruses on our site. Our web site, Qpedia and eShop are SAFE to access. They are just working more slowly than usual and may at times appear off line (credit shakita). If our site appears off line, please be patient as after a minute or two it should appear back online for you to use.
