Verizon has announced that on July 1st, 2010, it’s Thermal Management Requirements for Improved Energy Efficiency of Telecommunications Equipment, Verizon Technical Purchasing Requirements VZ-TPR-9208<\/a>, will come into full effect.<\/p>\n

What does this mean for the telecommunications equipment provider? Simply that your equipment must be in compliance with this specification in order to be included in Verizon’s network.<\/p>\n
