ATS offers high-performance heat sinks engineered for AMD Kria System-on-Modules (SOMs), widely used in edge AI, industrial automation, and embedded computing applications. From the powerful Kria K26 SOM to compact form factor designs, ATS provides both passive (fanless) and active (fan-ready) cooling solutions to protect component longevity and ensure optimal performance of the AMD Kria platform.
Each straight-fin, black anodized, aluminum heat sink comes with screws for secure mounting. A thermal interface material (TIM) is pre-assembled on the attachment side of the heat sink. A fan attachment hardware kit is provided for active heat sinks. The fans are not included and should be chosen to match performance needs - see recommended manufacturers.
