Our friends over at iMAPS New England, for their February 15th meeting, will have an “Open House” Hosted By Mitutoyo America with a Featured Presentation by Mitutoyo, “Non-Contact Metrology Instruments for the Semiconductor Industry”
The presentation will explore non-contact Metrology applications and measurement techniques available to Semiconductor and Microelectronics professionals. Details pertaining to non-contact vision, lasers and novel emerging technologies will be explained and a new “Stream Technology” will be described, anticipating the future of non-stop asynchronous multi-image process techniques using traditional measuring platforms.
