iTHERM 2010 Thermal Conference Bally’s, Las Vegas, NV, USA, June 2-5

iTherm, “an international conference for scientific and engineering exploration of thermal, thermomechanical and emerging technology issues associated with electronic devices, packages and systems” is being held June 2-5 at Bally’s, Las Vegas, NV, USA.
