NEXA Series

Cold Plates

The ArctiQ NEXA Series provided high-efficiency liquid cooling for AI processors and GPUs in a compact, plug-and-play design.

Two industrial cooling distribution modules, one large and black, one small and yellow.

NIVIS Series

Cold Plates

The ArctiQ NIVIS Series delivers up to 6.5 kW of high-performance liquid colling for AI and HPC processors in a compact, precision-engineered design.

The ArctiQ NEXA Series delivers high-efficiency liquid cooling for AI processors and GPUs in a compact, precision-machined design. Lightweight and reliable, NEXA cold plates offer plug-and-play integration for scalable use across data center, edge, and industrial applications.
